I have the same problem. I’m trying to change my featured pages text by adding some html codes, but unfortunately it doesn’t work.
Is there anyone who knows how to edit the featured pages text using html?
Is there some code or filter to do this?

I’m trying to make my text in featured page area like this:

I want to make a few new paragraphs and move phrases to the next line.
I noticed that when I type <p> tags in Customiz’it!> Front Page> Featured pages options> Featured text boxes, I create new paragraphs, but when I click “saved” button there is no changes on my site. I know that putting <p> tags in Customiz’it is the wrong way, but at least it works before saving.
