Thank you, for the feedback. The whole point of the plugin is to allow any user to easily fill PDF forms from gravity forms entries, without having to have coding experience.

The error you are getting is because Gravity Forms is required to make this plugin work.
We have changed the menu name in the next build, but in order to make this plugin work you must have gravity forms installed.
We have corrected the issue in a 1.0.2 build. Please update the plugin.
