Just added it in the right place – at the Additional CSS section on the appearance editor page. Thanks!
I did put the exact code in, and I put it at the end of style.css
I removed it after it did not work.
I put it back so you can see it if that helps.
Unfortunately this did not work. I still cannot see the text on the buttons on the non-shop page.
