The number field allows choosing number type among float and integer. You need to make sure the float number type is chosen from inside the number field.

PayPal account email that you have added is general for all of the forms you will create. Do you see the submissions of the second form? You can check that particular form settings and make sure the payment option is enabled and paypal settings is set to live.

All of the form you create can have different settings including the redirect URL. To have different URL, check each form action on form submit inside setting section.

There are 2 ways to have the results you need. You can use HTML field and display the number and as an alternative create second phone filed, enter the number to placeholder section and make sure the readonly option is enabled.

With the form plugin you can have as many forms as you wish and can have a completely different actions on form after those are submitted. Simply check each form settings, Action on form submit and choose the action you need for that particular form.

The plugin is designed to add a scroll as otherwise the dropdown would completely cover the other fields inside your form. What you can do is add a search to filter the options you offer. Both letters and numbers can be filtered.

At present moment the plugin allows having single map on the map. Most likely it would be changed in the future updates.

The plugin has an option to close Lightbox with keyboard escape button. The option is unlocked in the advanced version of the plugin. Go to Lightbox Settings, Main Options and check Escape close option.
