Dear @jaydenhargrove,
Which is the current version of the plugin? Please, make sure you have the latest version as the option was integrated not long ago.
Hope this helps,
If any help needed, let me know.Dear @jaydenhargrove,
The plugin doesn’t have an option to add a URL at present moment. Will check if it can be integrated to the functional.
If any help needed, let me know.Dear @larryguerra,
The plugin doesn’t have category option. But still you achieve the thing you want.
For that you can create 1 general gallery, and link each image inside that gallery to another gallery. The images in the main gallery will redirect to another gallery onclick.
Make sure you enable Image as link option and add dependant gallery link to main gallery images.
Hope this helps,
If any help needed, let me know.Dear @camara887,
Thanks for letting us know about the problem.
We will release the fix with the next update.
Anyway, this will not harm your plugin functionality, just ignore it until the update. Thanks
Dear @koneblaze,
Please send us the website URL to see the form to help with it.
Dear @kirpavlovsky,
You are welcome.
If any help needed, let us know.Dear @kirpavlovsky,
Please be know that the version you are using comes with activated arrows by default, you don’t even have access to hide them:
Try to delete the plugin and download / install the new one in order to reset the code and check your Additional CSS filed in Theme customization section whether there is a code that hides arrows or not.Dear @grandsapin1673,
Thanks for the suggestions we will discuss this case and maybe add it to our upcoming updates list.
Thanks.Dear @kirpavlovsky,
The description section has small padding on its sides so we decided to hide arrows under the overlay not to close the description text with arrows. As an alternative we gave padding from button for navigation dots. So the users in case of long description can use navigation dots instead of arrows.
Dear @jontymorton,
The reason for this problem can be a JS error in your admin panel.
Please check your console log, if you have a js error please deactivate the GrandWP plugins and check again.
After this actions, if js errors disappear please activate back the plugin and copy paste the error code here.
If the js error still exists it means the error comes from other plugins or your active theme.
Change the theme to standard WordPress theme and deactivate plugins one by one and every time check the logs. This way you can find the harmful plugin.
ThanksWe will check everything to understand if it can be integrated.
Dear @grandsapin1673,
To show the gallery in articles list is mostly your theme problem so you probably need to contact them.
Please also be known that shortcode you post on your page will display the gallery same way and on the post and on articles list.Sorry.
Dear @eomank,
You are right, currently the plugin doesn’t have an option to change the content of the repeated events. What you can do, is create two separate events with different locations and and only after that add the frequency.
Hope this helps,
If any help needed, let me know.Dear @ontherain,
As the event description is added to the post description area, you can add additional images and long texts. Simply use Add Media button to add images you want.
It can be done with the free version as well.Hope this helps,
If any help needed, let me know.Dear @ethanbeck,
The plugin provides additional css field for each gallery you create. you can find the field on gallery manager page under Custom CSS. Write your styles in
.ug-tile.ug-tile-clickable .ug-textpanel {}
Hope this helps.
