In reply to: Website goes off line – I fix by renaming the htacess file?heres the thing…. months ago before this happened I did have 300+ lines of code, but not now? example, before this happened (months ago) I added code to the htaccess file so my site was Gzip enabled, at a time when there was 300+ lines of code, now the code is only 10 lines and the gzip code is not even in the new htaccess file, yet my site does test positive for being Gzip enabled? but the code is not there?
