Do you know of a way, that I can have the flat rate shipping not be converted, and fore the fixed rate of $15 be billed, no matter what currency they choose?

Hi,
Thanks for your response, but that does not help when I am searching by state. There is no radius, I want to show all the locations within that state when selected in the drop down.

But when selected the province is selected from the drop down it shows no results.
