Thank you for the feedback. I had a ‘new’ renewal order in which the retry also did not work. I installed the new version and am still awayting payment but seeing your initiation data. I think I will wait for a couple of days before asking the support again (mine initiated Nov 30th).
Thanks anyway, I hope it will solve the issue. We will see:)

I have the same problem again. I have not tried te new version yet. Will do and let you know if it happends again. Looks like the retry works but initial try does not.

My problem resolved itself when WordPress re-tried the payment. So for me the problem is gone. I Will keep an eye on the next auto payment to see If thing go wrong again.

I am also using version 5.0.6. I have the same issue. Any updates?
The order was created Oct 27th. Recurring payment was tried to be done today.Logs are:
