Apparently I need to edit wp-config.php
I believe that Notepad should be what I should edit it with, and I believe that I understand the edit that needs to be done.
I just don’t now how to access wp-config.php in such a way as to be able to open it with Notepad. Please tell me how to access wp-config.php in such a way that I can edit the file with Notepad.
