Unfortunately, I’m still getting the same error. And I’ve confirmed all the correct permissions are in place. Any further ideas?

Geoffrey, I tried what you suggested adding that line but when I go to save it, it say “cannot create the C:\Inetpub\wp-config.php file. Make sure the path and file name are correct.
I also noticed that the wp-config.php file starts with <?php which to my understanding indicates that it’s not an active file being used by the website.
