To be sure I understand, you’re website is in english by default and you’ve translate it to arabic using Weglot. You want all user to be redirect to the arabic version ? To do it you can force a redirection to the arabic language. But if you do that, user can’t check the english version of your website.
You can inspire our auto_redirect method in src/services/class-redirect-service-weglot.php
the Idea is to rebuild the url for arabic language and redirect to it
