Такой опции, чтоб пользователь мог убрать с экрана виджет, не предусмотрено.

My goal was to create very simple request form for your customers. More users ask me to move up the name field to the first place. Mostly you need only phone number of your customer. The name is optional. So I will not to complicate a way to getting this.

It seem that you right and sentence in the button is wrong.
I will fix this and the plugin will be updated soon.For now you can change this text manually yourself.
Open bazz-callback-widget.php and change this on 220 line
