In reply to: Blog not displaying correctly in IE.Based on my experience, some codes run differently in IE and FF. It is best to test it using the commonly used browsers before uploading it. Since you can install 1 IE on your operating system, you can try installing another OS on a virtual machine using another version of IE.

Oh, I’m sorry about that, Sir. My problem is, I can’t find any other theme that fits my blog. If this theme works on other sites, I’m wondering why it will not work on my site? I hope someone knows the answer to this issue.Forum: Installing WordPress

I have the same issue. I’ve tried all the things I know about WordPress. Unfortunately I can’t resolve it. I even use the latest 2.9.2 version of WordPress.@kim09
I’ve checked the permissions of the files not only on the themes but to everything inside www. Folders are 755 and files are 644. I also tried renaming the theme (the theme is only named with one word and only letters) but still didn’t help.
This is a very weird issue. Please help.

In reply to: themes giving me a blank page@snapaholics
I have the same issue. I’ve tried all the things that I know about WordPress but to no avail. I tried several themes like Zeta, Blue News, etc. I made sure after I uploaded the theme permissions for folders will be 755 and 644 for files. I also deactivated and uninstalled all plugins but still did not work.@esmi
Please help.Forum: Installing WordPress
In reply to: Theme is blank after activating.Macmanx, I’ve checked the file permissions and I see that every file has 644 and every folder has 755. In other words, it is already set that way. I did change it or something. The weird thing is, it worked on my bloggercorner website but not on the glitterstop website. To check, I tried 3 themes. 2 worked in bloggercorner and none works on glitterstop. All FTP has the same 755 for folder and 644 for files.

In reply to: Theme is blank after activating.Thank you for replying macmanx. What bothers me is, the demo from the website that offers the download shows the theme in working condition. I’m thinking, maybe there is something I need to install first or configure before activating the theme?! If you have some tips about this, please reply back. I really want to use 1 or 2 of these themes because they look very professional.
Thanks
