Hi @erania-pinnera,
Thanks, I’ve sent an email via the contact form in your reply with more detail on the two users with issues.
I screen shared with one of the two user having issues and here is what happens:
1 login to wordpress.com
2 navigate to the ‘WP Admin’ page and subsequent webpage admin page
3 then gets ’thrown’ (redirected) back to the wordpress.com site logon page once they click on ‘Posts’
4 unable to login on the wordpress.com pageGlenn
