WordPress MU with BuddyPress does exactly that.
WordPress MU with BuddyPress might do most of what you need. Some customization would be required.
There are several subscription plugins out there — not sure which works best, so do your research before spending money on these…
Stats, I’m assuming would be baseball stats? This is pretty niche and would probably require some code, perhaps a buddypress plugin, to be written.
