I am having this issue as well! I just changed my entire LRS because it was having conflicts with BadgeOS, and now this! Hopefully there will be a fix.

In reply to: [BadgeOS] Badge Will Not Issue on xAPI ContentI’ve worked with both LearnDash and Grassblade LRS, and both have tried to make the badge issue, but it does not.
When a learner takes a course, and then closes the course tab/window, the course page is automatically refreshed and marked complete. I see the green checkmark on the course page indicating that it has been completed.
I setup the badge to issue upon completion of the learndash course, but nothing happens. I also tried issuing on completion of the lesson, but no luck.
Is there any chance of having this looked into, or should I just move to another badge system? I really like Badge OS and would like to use it and the Congrats plugin, but I’m not going to purchase that if the badges will not issue.

I just posted the same issue and then found this post. There are several people in the LearnDash forum with this problem currently. The lesson is correctly marked complete in LearnDash but the badge does not issue.Is there a solution for this?

I’m using LearnDash LMS and a well-tested theme that works with it, and iThemes Exchange. My site (www.streamthelearning.com) is to sell access to courses. I’ve only installed the plugins I absolutely need and have deactivated and removed any that were not being actively used.
One question, when I built the site, I imported test data for the theme and sample courses. Do you think that could have something to do with it? I’m grasping. I’d really like to use this plugin, but not sure where to turn. I’m working to setup a dev site so I can test more. Any direction is appreciated.
