Hi @slickchris,

I contacted my web host to reset the cache and they responded that the problem is likely with the PHP version. I upgraded to version 7.3 and now the Facebook feed works.

Hi @slickchris,

I tried deactivating all the other plugins and switching to a different theme, but the problem persisted.

How can I clear my host cache?

Hi @slickchris,

Thank you for your response. I have Admin Privileges for the Facebook Page (which is a public, business page) and the latest version of Feed Them Social is installed.

I just tried removing the Business Integration, creating a new access token, generating a new Shortcode, entering the new Shortcode into a Code Snippet, and refreshing the FTS cache. I also tried using different browsers but unfortunately the issue persists.

How can this get resolved?
