If I remove the jQuery I have added then it’s still showing all tabs. Now I deactivated and deleted tiny carousel. I also deactivated owl carousel. The issue still exists. What do you mean by “the theme is adding some scripts”?
My shortcodes look like this:

[tabby icon="commuter"] etc.
I took the CSS rules off and only the images for tabs contents are still in CSS, so the plugin is mostly on default settings at the moment.
Also there aren’t any more plugins on that specific page, though I have added some jQuery myself.
