Your agent invited me to purchase the Pro theme and then sent me a link to How To Create A WordPress Child Theme. I explained that I had no experience in coding or child themes and was looking for additional support but received no reply. I also explained that I was hoping to be provided a solution in real time and copied and pasted the above reply into the chat but he seemed unwilling to try to assist.

I can’t code on my own and have never used a child theme. I wouldn’t be using this support forum if I could.
Is there no way I can achieve these results using Additional CSS? The category tags at the start of the post are quite unusual looking. They would look a lot better hidden at the end.
Featured image on top of the headline is also something that doesn’t work on a music blog. Is there no way to move these without having to code myself?

There are two other issues I’m having. I’ll ask here instead of starting a(nother) new thread:
1. Can you tell me how to move the category tags from the start of each post to the end of each post? They are showing up at the top of each post on the home page and don’t look nice there.
2. Also, is it possible to move the featured image BELOW the headline on each post? At present, the first thing to show in each post on the home page is the featured image, followed by the headline … I’d like to see how it looks with the headline first, then the featured image. When I log onto the site at present, I can see the logo and then half an image … it might look better if there was a headline / text visible.

It’s white by default but I’d like to also make it black, at least until I have a better logo ready to insert….

In reply to: [ColorMag] Featured Images Changing SizeI am using the same size of featured image for every post. The images do not need to be recropped or resized. All the images that we’re already uploaded to WordPress BEFORE I installed ColorMag theme are working perfectly. ie if I use one of the older photos with a new post it is remaining square as expected. However, if I use any of the three images that I’ve uploaded since installing the new theme to ANYWHERE on my site as featured images, they are automatically cropping themselves through the m8ddle and showing as rectangular images with half of the image missing. This is very frustrating as it seems to be occurring since I changed themes.

It is appearing in a rectangular shape with much of the image missing, while the other featured images below are all square and complete. Thanks!
