localhost refused to connect.
Try:
- Search the web for localhost
- Checking the connection
- Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

In reply to: glitch trying to log inThis glitch has come back, along with turning on mySQL on xampp. They are probably the same cause. This is what the xampp one says:
Error: MySQL shutdown unexpectedly.
3:49:12 PM [mysql] This may be due to a blocked port, missing dependencies,
3:49:12 PM [mysql] improper privileges, a crash, or a shutdown by another method.
3:49:12 PM [mysql] Press the Logs button to view error logs and check
3:49:12 PM [mysql] the Windows Event Viewer for more clues
