Ok so the problem still persists duplicates are there after I had to deactivate (not delete) and reactivate. Your tech came in and said it was a cache issue, and they fixed – TEMPORARILY. The DUPLICATE CATEGORY AND TAGS problem persists now.
And your solution to delete and reinstall is not ideal for a production site. BECAUSE you have NO SINGLE WAY of reactivating 20 of your addons simultaneously. WHENEVER I deactivate your plugin and addons and reactivate, it asks for the license information for ALL 20 ADDONS AGAIN. I then have to input TWO FIELDS per activation. So 40 INPUT FIELDS just to activate your plugin with addons alone. I recently had to deactivate all wordpress plugins to isolate a conflict, and your plugin is the only one that does not retain the license information.
Should I take your answer as a “No” seeing that you’ve answered all questions but this one? Also, are you tracking this plugin that is bolting on to your plugin to sell seats ?https://ultimatewptech.com/uwp-seats-builder/. They are charging a certain amount per seat booked on your plugin.
