Not bad, but it is quite a busy layout in my opinion. I would not use a bold font for the posts.
I looked at it in IE5 and IE6 and didn’t find any major layout shifts or breaks. Quickly switched back to Firefox now 😉
You may want to increase the width or padding of the sidebar though.
Simple and clean header. Maybe you could move the slogan a little bit to the right?
