Also uploaded an image with the feed status. As you can see some times the feed is blank and other times the feed shows the normal number of products (~1500)

First of all thank you for your answer!
1. The Vivino/Pinterest trick worked.
2. For the out of stock products, it was complicated to create another attribute because that will not update dynamically and would have been really complicated. But we used a filter and removed the out of stock products completely.
3. We left the category how it isHave a nice day!

Also was thinking about contacting the hosting provider to ask them about phpsysinfo

@serpentdriver unfortunately its a shared server and I dont have access to SSH.
