Thank you so very much. My website/Woocommerce is finally active again. I really can’t thank you enough.
I have verified that it’s the Woocommerce plugin.
I take it back. I have them all off and when I activate Woocomnmerce the site crashes.

I did as you asked and deactivated all but Woocommerce and Woocommerce is working again.
