You are not using any of our given child themes. You have created your own one and so the plugin is not supporting.

If possible please send me your admin details on my email address: gamit6444@gmail.com

I will just edit in one of the plugin files to include your child theme name and also will acknowledge the change.

Actually, in the new update, we have moved the homepage sections in our companion plugin.
Once you will install and activate the “Webriti Companion” plugin, your homepage will show.

To remove the category title, Go to Appearance >> Customizer >> Header settings >> Custom CSS box and add the given below custom CSS code:

.site-content .archive-title {
	display: none !important;
}

You are missing something while setting the policy translate page. I retest on my local it woking ( Screenshot ). Please try to delete the policy page and recreate all for once or you can share your admin details on this email id(gamit6444gmail.com) to check where you go wrong.

Regarding the service section translation, it comes under our premium version theme.
