Can I have access to the corrected tiny-mce-button.js file please? I have the same problem.
I’m having similar problem, also on wordpress.com – I just installed the plugin tonight and receive a “failed to initialize” error every time. Also using slide in, tried popup with same result – failed to initialize plugin: Hustle
