Ok i asked my web host to provide where google mentioned it
so here is it

We have found out the issue to be incompatibility b/w the plugin and the latest PHP version. Google has mentioned in its forums that there is no solution to it till they bring out the fix for this plugin.
The only solution we can provide you at this time is to migrate your account to a server with older version of PHP which is compatible with this plugin.Is any way i can get old version for plugin and test

Plugin does gets enable in first place itself.it does not gets enabled….

So i went to plug-in reset and then i got Activate Google Analyticator
