    Unfortunately I didn’t solve the problem. Review keeps disapearing, sometimes all the reviews for a random product, sometimes just a random review on a random product… I’m tired of all this 🙁

    Ok I still lost some comments unfortunately 🙁
    I investigated further, and found dozen of wrongful entries in the _wc_product_meta_lookup table.
    I deleted them, and I’ll see if the comment still disappear from now on.

    <span style=”font-family: Inter, sans-serif; white-space-collapse: collapse; background-color: rgb(251, 251, 251);”>Deleting those variations might explain why the reviews were disappearing if the reviews were attached to those orphaned posts instead of the correct product.</span>

    Please note that the reviews where disappearing BEFORE I manually deleted the orphaned variations. Now I’ve deleted these variations, we will see if the reviews stays online. I don’t know why these variations still existed in the first place, and why they were not deleted by that dedicated option in woocommerce interface.

    Hey Frank,

    Please read my previous post. I disabled cache plugins, and comments still disappears from the database.

    But I think I have a clue why. When browsing products on the database, I saw plenty of orphaned product variations on the _postmeta table, even if already did the “delete orphaned variations” procedure many times.
    Some of them had duplicate SKU with my existing products, that’s maybe why the reviews were messy. Unfortunately I stupidly deleted them without checking if they contained the reviews.
    I’ll try to post new reviews and see if they keeps disappearing.

    Hey 🙂

    I’ve not much plugins running on my website, as you can see on the status report I posted.
    Only the cache plugin (WP fastest cache, premium version) has database optimisation, but I recently installed it, and my comment disappear prior to this.

    The crazy thing is that I disabled it, posted a new test review on a product, I approved it from the reviews interface, and now the comment is already gone! 1h after posting it! That’s crazy!

    Unfortunately they’re not in the database anymore, I just checked. I see only the remaining reviews.

    I have a way to recover them, because they still appears in some WPML strings that I can translate on the WPML dashboard. But the problem is that I already did this, and they keep disapearing!
    And I have absolutely no idea why, as it seems pretty random in timing/products affected 🙁

    The reviews are configured correctly, in the settings and in the products, and are still displayed on some products, not all products, and not all reviews. Disappeared review doesn’t show in the reviews interface, and thus not with another theme either. Disabling most plugins doesn’t help to get them back. I think they’re simply gone.

    I’ll to find them directly in the database, but I’m not sure how they are stored, I’ll look further.
