I still don’t know what caused all the issues I’ve experienced since upgrading, but now I’ve managed to get it working again by re-approving entries and deleting old entries.
When I deselect ‘smartapprove’ the fields are now visible on the directory, but it doesn’t filter the declined entries – such as spam.

I didn’t want to start a new thread about this, but I’m experiencing this issue as well.
I just updated the plugin yesterday, and now nothing is being displayed. I thought the issue was being caused by an outdated GF version, so I updated that to the latest version.
