Does anyone read this plugin forum?
Having no reply I contacted Elegant Themes the creator of DIVI and they suggested I get back in touch with you guy’s first.
If there is something Elegant need to do at their end they look at it but it needs the plugin developers input.
I would appreciate a reply.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] bulk edit price not workingHey mate thanks for the reply and a possible lead to a solution. I don’t think I’m going to have time now before BFCM to implement it. I have a workaround, lengthy but nonetheless something.
I will take a closer look at what you’ve done and test it on my staging site. I’m glad someone else at least had a similar experience. I’m just not sure why Woocommerce can’t fix the problem.
Good luck with your BFCM too.
I’m leaving this open in the hope someone has further information to offer.

I have just tried that idea of 2017 but no, the same result. Says the products are updated but the price does not change.
The first screenshot shows 2 products and I’m changing the price to $21 the 2nd shows the products have been updated but you can see the price has not changed. It is the two yellow shirts both reading 25 when should now show 21.
Unless I’m doing something wrong, any idea of what I could try next?

Both plugins now active, fatal error has clearede but the nav mobile still not operating.

In order to resolve the issue, we had to disable the following plugins, as they were resulting in fatal PHP errors:
woocommerce-products-slider
mailchimp-for-woocommerceBefore that we created a backup of your database and saved it in:XXXXXXXXXXX
As a result, the website is now loading properly.
If you are unable to find out what is causing this plugins behavior, it is recommended to contact their developers, so they could look further into that for you.
If they provide you with instructions on what has to be done on our end, we will gladly assist you.

I have just undertaken further testing and discovered that it actually appears to be browser related, which is strange and I didn’t think to check that because I have had no problems in the past.
In saying that I have just had a windows 10 major update that coincides with the problem occurring. It should make no difference but hey it’s a computer.
The zoom works on IE and Mozilla but does not on Chrome which has what says is an up to date version 62.0.3202.75 Can you tell me what browser you used to check it please?

Can I ask, are you using a managed host? Mine is not resolved as yet and it would be helpful if the developer got involved. If you have read the entire thread, I tried sending a tech email to MailChimp that said I had 29 days left and I have no idea if it sent or not.
What is it with these developers who provide little or no support, aargh!

Happy you’re making progress. I haven’t had much time to go back to the problem but did manage to successfully test a signup to at least make sure that works. I will go back to the problem as soon as I can. I often like to think about the issues away from the screen and on reflection, i have a sneaking suspicion my host might have a role to play.
I’m using a managed host and had trouble with a follow-up email plugin that wouldn’t trigger scheduled mail. I am moving hosts later in the month and hopeful it will help resolve this issue.
Currently, I have no access freedom to cron jobs as an example and this from my limited knowledge is a potential fix that i have no control over.
Anyway, i’ll check back in here and hope in the meantime you get that order unstuck.

Seems you’re a few levels up from me but if I follow carefully perhaps it will lead me to find an answer also.
You say, “Think I figured out how to fix it,” did it actually work in the end? I’m assuming it did but just a little unsure.
I really dislike how many times you have to investigate failed plugins but I’m still hopeful the developer will shed some light this time around.
Thanks again for your input, I’ll try to investigate using your method and hope for a result but really, we shouldn’t have to go to so much trouble.

Thanks for taking a look.
I found the plugin that was recording the error however when it is deactivated the duplication of the slider still occurs.
I have carried further testing and I’m now unsure if your plugin is causing the issue, which still remains. I was able to replicate the duplication this time with your plugin deactivated which I already tested with a positive result which is why I made contact and was sure it was related.
Now, not so sure.
I am going to go back to the theme developer and open another ticket and see what comes of that.
Please accept my apologies if I caused inconvenience. I will close this ticket as resolved and only contact again should it be necessary.

In reply to: [Product Slider, Product Grid, Product Masonry] slider causing duplicationI understand why you might think that and ask how it is related. The problem only occurs when the product slider is enabled.
When your slider module is enabled the divi slider module duplicates on load and refresh as shown in my image. When your slider module is disabled the divi slider module does not duplicate and works as it should.
