  • Martin,
You’re a champion! Your solution worked first time.
    Thank you so much.

    Hi Martin,

Would you be able to be more specific about re-naming the folders in the sequence you renamed them? ie What names did you use?

    Many thanks.

    Richard

    Sergey,

I had exactly the same issue as Martin, yesterday I updated the latest Ecwid plugin for wordpress and now I can’t access the wordpress backend of my site. Instead I get a blank web page with the following error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_ecwid_store_id() in /nfs/c07/h03/mnt/114590/domains/discology.com.au/html/wp-content/plugins/ecwid-useful-tools/functions.php on line 74

Also, the ‘Ecwid product advisor’ is broken on my home page (www.discology.com.au)

I understand that the Ecwid Product Advisor is not compatible with the new Ecwid WordPress plugin.

Is there anything you can do or recommend a course of action?

    Thanks.
    Richard
