@glenwpcoder Sorry for my late response, so we have create a new statage site for you. You can look at https://alpha.protectum.de/en/windload. After put files into the File Upload we can not send the message.
Please come back with informations.

Dear Glen Mongaya,
we have the same problem. After Install Version 1.3.5 we can not Uploaded any files. So we can not send the Contact Form. So the Update is not working for me.
Please FIX IT…..
We use no caching Toole.
