In reply to: [All-In-One Security (AIOS) – Security and Firewall] Login RenameHappend again to me. Cleared all browser history, Restarted the browser and also made sure that the WP section of the HTACCESS file was still present. Still a no go for me in FF it simply does not work. Alwasys goes to 127.0.0.1 after you put in id, password, captcha and hit login.

In reply to: [All-In-One Security (AIOS) – Security and Firewall] Login RenameYes I understand it is impossible to diagnose something you can’t recreate. I just have no clue why this happens sometime. I am guessing it has something to do with WP updating automatically but really have no idea. It is however frustrating. Do you have any idea why it simply does not work at all with FireFox. I always end up at 127… in fireworks even on sites that are working properly on chrome.
Thanks much…great extension.
@iamzee just erase the plugin via FTP and you can log in with the normal WP login of http://www.site.com/wp-login.php . Then you can copy the extension back in place after you log in. Then double check what you set the new name to.

In reply to: [All-In-One Security (AIOS) – Security and Firewall] Brute FourceThanks for getting back to me. Dont know why this forum is not sending me emails of your posts. I always set permalinks to Post Name for ever site. I just removed the plugin via ftp and reset the htaccess file and reinstall the plugin and now the ? is gone. Only thing I can figure is that the ? is a hold over from either 1. originally setting up the cookies brute force (which I did no some site but is simply has to many issue and my customers were constantly calling because they could not get on the site) or 2. A hold over from an earlier version of the plugin and the install updates the database to not require the ?

In reply to: [All-In-One Security (AIOS) – Security and Firewall] Brute FourceNo like this http://www.site.com/?secretword and on others I install the same security plug in and put in the secret word and the url is /secretword with no ? …..what determine whether the ? is part of the URL ? Sorry I was so long in replying but this form sent me no email that you replied.
After two hours of reading I finally read your post and now understand the second field is actually “the” field. Amazing…. Author dude…. you sure should document that. For heaven sakes. How about put the Extra Option on a line after the field name field.
So if you Dont see how to create a custom field using Register Plus hopefully those key words helped you find this post.
So is there a way to create more than one field. This is my next challenge. I put my one in and saved it but there is no place to put in #2 and it does say fields not field.
