Again, the plugin doesn’t make any changes to your real content, just filters the output to the browser. When deactivated the filter (offcourse) doesn’t work anymore.I am glad your site was restored successfully though.

When uninstalling the plugin it was still installed? Do you see an error?
Which version of PHP are you using?
Now the class has the plugin prefix:
wpel-no-icon.Then they were probably deleted. The only way to check is the code in my previous post.
