- The payment method for all of the orders is direct bank transfer (which is the same as with previous orders without the error occurring)
- When I place a test order, the order does go to “processing” automatically
- The notes are in Dutch, so I’ll translate them:
- Waiting for bank transfer Order status changed from Waiting for payment to On hold. (in Dutch it’s: Wachten op bankoverschrijving Bestellingsstatus gewijzigd van Wachtend op betaling naar In de wacht.)
- Order status changed from On Hold to Processing. (in Dutch: Bestellingsstatus gewijzigd van In de wacht naar In behandeling.) This happened when I changed the status manually
I’ve tried using the websites for sharing the system status report, but I can’t figure out how they work. I just get the link, which needs a log in. Do you know how to fix this?
