sorry my bad, with the default theme the button appears… hmm… i wonder what’s wrong!

i made my own theme but even with the default theme the button won’t appear

i use chrome and i disabled all other plugins, still it doesn’t appear!

yes, i disabled all the plugins and the result is the same!
