Thanks so much for this!!! – worked perfectly – took me ages to figure out where it was.
For anyone that is wondering, the code where you can insert the blank target is in functions.php inside the theme files.

Thanks for your reply. I am talking about the social media icons/links that are displayed on ‘Team’ panel. Not the social icon links in the footer.

Has there been any movement on this? Id really like to incorporate it. I would edit it myself but cannot find the location of the social icon code. Any ideas?
