You can actually sign up for a two-week free trial, and then if you choose not to continue with one of the paid options, you are automatically set up with a free account that includes 3 free forms and 10 fields for each form. So we allow you to try one of our elevated packages for 14 days at no charge, and also give you a truly free account.
