The file and path of the plugin does not exist, so the 404 error.
I have reviewed deeper and php seems be for a spam attack, and some botnet is trying to access but it does not exist.
Therefore … nothing to be with the plugin, sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for reviewing my case.
