How is this done?, Do I create a new *.php page in my theme’s folder? and then?

There are no plugins activated yet, since the blog is still in DEV.
It just doesn’t accept <p> (Return) nor
(Shift+Return).
In the editor you see it happening, but when you preview it, nothing has happened. Its still just a big chunk of text.
This is very annoying, I can’t release it like this.
