The way it works as expected, since technically, even if you split it in pages, it’s still the same object. When you pick automatic method, it sticks rating at the beginning or end of the content, thus you see it on every page of your post object.
First thing that comes to mind is to see if the plugin you’re using to split your post objects into pages has any kind of hook for the last page. If it does, write a function to use that hook.Forum: Fixing WordPress

In reply to: [Simple Rating] Rating not showing up in GoogleHello, Etienne. I’m glad you find this plugin useful. This Structure Data Test shows that data is in fact there. As per Google’s guidelines,
When Google finds valid reviews or ratings markup, we may show a rich snippet that includes stars and other summary info from reviews or ratings.(notice thatmay show). Sometimes, even when markup is there and is correct, Google might not include stars in the search result.
Nevertheless, I’m looking to improve this whole functionality in version 2.0 and might do some research to see if there’s any way to improve chances of your ratings being shown in Google search results.
Also, if you have any suggestions for the features in this plugin, I’ll be glad to hear them.Regards,

There is already one. I was planning to add thumbnails (set featured image) and some options in 2.0
– Change size of stars (small/medium/large)
5 sizes of shapes are already present in 2.0
– Ability to rate from archive pages
Done long ago in 2.0 😛
