At the moment, we do have the ajax based price update based on the quantity change. If the cart has the products and that the next quantity meets the scenario, you can see it in the product pages.

You can customize the display of the “coupon:discount” term from the plugin settings.
Here is a guide

Cart based rules use the WooCommerce’s coupon API. The message is a default one from WooCommerce.
You can consider writing a theme level override for the error messages shown by WooCommerce and override the messages.

In WooCommerce -> Woo Discount Rules -> Settings -> General, try setting the “Force refresh cart widget” to YES and see if that helps.
