i m having an issue when a user is logged in, the calendar doesnt show. but if you log out the calendar does show. do you know what the issue could be?

im curious to know if you can assist me. i have the flexishop 2 theme and installed the order delivery date plugin and the calendar doesnt show. the only that is showing is the textbox and the “We will try our best to deliver your order on the specified date”.
ive tried safari and chrome without luck.
would you be able to point me in the right direct?
