You marked this as resolved, however it has not been resolved. We were hoping for an answer to our previous post. The FAQ you provided was not clear enough and we have not been able to resolve this.
I’m sorry, but we attempted to follow the FAQs and solutions, but to no avail. Are you able to assist us? If not, we may need to unfortunately abandon this plug-in.
At this point, it is the only thing keeping us from launching our new company site.
It seems to work with TwentyEleven enabled.
The following errors appear in the debugger while using our theme, but they do not appear when using TwentyEleven.

We want to get this working before trying something else, as we have already made an investment in it.
