You are right the page is actually a category archive page I’ve customized. Adding that code was the solution.

Also should mention that I have a shortcode functioning on a different page for a different plugin just fine.
I have a 2nd shortcode on the same page that is not getting processed either (it’s contained in the final tab). It is for another plugin, form maker.
These tabs worked previously and when I originally developed out this content I made sure to type out the tabby shortcodes in the text editor.
I have not made any changes to the content at all.. Just all the updates that are asked of me by WP and etc.
