Deactivate the plugin,SUCURI, via FTP by changing its folder name. It’ll work fine. You can also do with cPanel in Filemanager. It can help https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/
You must be using a security plugin like Wordfence. Deactivate it, try again.
