Thanks very much, wilko2205 – my previous way of changing the color was lame as it cut off text in that area.
For anyone doing the change with a child theme, you can insert the following into your child’s style.css:
body:not(.custom-background-image):before,
body:not(.custom-background-image):after {
height: 0px !important;
}
Today’s figures got corrected all of a sudden, a few hours ago. Then yesterday’s figures got corrected. So I guess the problem was not with tracking code, but on Automatic’s server. Don’t know if it’s corrected for everyone yet.
Having same problem. I have the Twenty Sixteen theme in case that helps figuring this out. When I first upgraded to Twenty Sixteen in December, I am certain that unique visitor stats were off for a few days while I was working on child theme. So I’m wondering if there is some funky interaction between something in Twenty Sixteen and Jetpack?
Google Analytics Unique Vistors seem to be doing fine.
