I tried to add the enable jQuery plugin as well, but to no avail.
I will look for another solution as I cannot create a staging environment (too much space required) and I tested removing multiple plugins without being able to make it work (both the calculation and the Paypal button).

I cleared the cache, no change. I also tried to remove various plugins but no changes, AO is the only one that has a direct impact on optimization. I had to put the css
.forminator-custom-form { display: block !important; }to show the form properly, does it help somehow?
Didn’t know about that – it did not change the outcome but I will keep it in mind!

Thank you very much for answering.
I could not make it work from Polylang so I created a custom menu with Menu Image Plugin, I guess it’s a proxy but it is working.
If you had any suggestions, I could try to make it work.
