BTW, i found it… it really is a plugin: “WP fluid images”.

I need to try again because without this plugin i had some trouble in the past, manage my pictures in the blog articles to make them responsive…Thank you NewNew, thats what i´ve thought too. But i think it´s like Kadence Theme says, there is propably another plugin which is over those thumbnail pictures. Because if i change these settings, nothing is happening.
maybe it´s the BC Responsive Images Plugin. But when i deactivate it, there are still those tiny pictures. I´ll give it a try again tomorrow.

I found all the old versions on the developers page, downgraded to 4.3, everything is back to normal.
Most ridiculous update i´ve ever seen, causing trouble for many people.
