In reply to: Trouble Adding Header Fonthowever sometimes the theme can be viewed as a live demo,
That’s true…sometimes one can do that…but nothing replaces actually looking at the site that has the problem.

In reply to: OMG, help, my page is GONE!!My guess is that Figaro plans to do something similar.
Yes, I planned to remove the theme — not sure what spurred all the “Cpanel” comments here, but Cpanel access just makes it easy to work on a site since it gives you access to everything.
@almondsandoranges: I’m around, I just never received an email from you.

In reply to: Word Press Update Gone Wrong…need SamuelIt seems they say they have moved here:
http://install4free.wordpress.net/
and it seems they are pretty much shut down.
Do you still have access to your blog? If so, what’s the link? Can you login?

In reply to: Fatal error on upgrade to 2.8.2Try to deactivate your plugins first and see if that gets you in. If not, then upgrade manually by replacing the 2.8.2 codebase on your site with that from the download area here…just don’t overwrite your wp-content directory.

In reply to: Two Questions: How do you remove the “older entries” at the top…Maybe the following video will help you a bit…
Okay, so maybe it’s an incompatable theme…ftp to your site and either rename the theme you switched to or delete it…that should cause your site to default back to the default theme.
or…just try to add /wp-admin to the end of your url and see if you get the login page. That’s why it helps if people actually post a real link to their site…quite often takes a lot of the guess work out of helping them.
Is url.com really your web address?
Did you disable your plugins before you upgraded?
If not, you need to disable them and then see if you can login…see the following video on how to do this through phpMyAdmin.
